The West Branch Lady Warrior JV basketball team opened the New Year with a 43–28 victory over Austintown Fitch.

Scoring was balanced across the team, led by Alinee Bacconi with 10 points. Carly Loper added nine points, including two three-pointers, while Sydney Lane contributed seven. Iris Nezbeth and Sofia Bacconi each chipped in six points to help secure the win.
