Athletic Boosters

The West Branch Athletic Boosters is a club who supports all our athletic teams.  In recent years the Athletic Booster clubs has donated towards a new scoreboard, new outdoor basketball courts, purchased wrestling mats and cheerleading mats, mats for the soccer shelters, purchased new golf bags for boys and girls golf, purchased iPads for wrestling, paid for Hudl for the athletic department, paid for the fence line around the softball bullpen, greens fees, indoor tennis court fees, new football helmets, and track hurdles and a tent shelter for track and cross country.  

The club has also bought uniforms for baseball, cross country, boys and girls basketball, boys and girls soccer, softball, tennis, volleyball and wrestling.

The Booster Club hosts Bingo every Thursday night at the West Branch Bingo Hall in Westville.  100% of the proceeds from Bingo go toward our West Branch athletes and athletic department.  Additionally, the club runs various fundraisers along with concessions stands and making of the programs for fall and winter sports.

In order to continue to provide for our athletes the Club needs YOUR HELP.  The Booster Club is always looking for volunteers on Thursday nights along with volunteers for Friday night football games and basketball games.  The Club cannot survive without you, so please look to get involved today!

  • Softball- $600 for the purchase of an iPad 
  • Girl’s soccer- $3,718 for the purchase of new uniforms 
  • Boy’s soccer- $200 for the purchase of two additional uniforms 
April 2023
  • Football- $2,500 for purchase of new helmets
  • Basketball- $10,000 toward the refinishing of the fieldhouse floor 
May 2023
  • $100/runner going to state
  • Baseball- $450 for a power broom 
  • $5,000 towards purchase of a new 5-man sled 
June 2023
  • $300 in scholar athlete awards
  • $9,000 scholarships
  • $100 ad in program for Penn/Ohio game 
  • $150 to feed the team at Penn/Ohio game 
July 2023
  • Tennis- $800 for indoor court fees, if needed 
 August 2023
  • Cross country- $300 for BD Snaps 
  • Tennis- $500 for wind screen at tennis courts 
 September 2023
  • Boy’s Golf- $500 for green fees 
December 2023
  • Baseball- $1,875 for coach com 
  • Athletic Department- $3,100 for Hudl upgrade 
  • Also approved $9,400 for Hudl for each of the next two years 
 January 2024
  • Softball- $2,400 for new uniforms 
 February 2024
  • $100/cheerleader going to state competition 
  • $1,000 for upgrade of weightlifting equipment 
 March 2024
  • $100/wrestler going to state
  • Boy’s tennis- $400 for new uniforms 
  • Football- $2,718.70 for purchase of five new football helmets
  • Athletic department- $10,000 for the purchase of a new scoreboard in the fieldhouse
  • $753.50 for additional repairs to weight lifiting equipment
