Yesterday, the West Branch JV girls found their offensive rhythm, surging for 47 points in a convincing 47–23 win over Carrollton. The first meeting between the two teams was decided by just one point, but this time the Lady Warriors made a statement on both ends of the floor.
West Branch saw strong performances across the board, led by freshman Sofia Bacconi with 12 points. Her sister, Alinee, was close behind, finishing in double figures with 10 points. Iris Nezbeth added nine points, while Nicole Deckerd chipped in six.
With the win, the Lady Warrior JV team improves to 13–1 and will be back in action Wednesday, traveling to Salem for a 5:30 start against the Quakers.
