The West Branch JV girls basketball team picked up a hard-fought 28–27 victory over Carrollton in a tightly contested matchup. The game stayed close from start to finish, but the Lady Warriors made the necessary plays down the stretch to secure the one-point win.
Elli Colian led the way with nine points, while Carly Loper added eight. Alinee Bacconi and Sydney Lane each contributed four points to the effort. Credit also goes to Madi Brammer, Nicole Deckerd, and the entire team for strong rebounding throughout the game, which played a key role in the victory.
With the win, the JV team improves to 6–0 on the season and will travel to Norton this Monday for a 5:30 p.m. tipoff.
