After a thrilling win over Carrollton last night, the West Branch freshman boys basketball team quickly shifted focus to rival Salem, securing another exciting victory, 43-39.
Seven Woods and Bryce Parker were key on defense, helping lead the Warriors to the win. Landon Coffee paced the team with a season-high 19 points, while Mason Cosma added 8. Travis Hoy chipped in 6 points, with Austin Hawk and Jax Rockwell each contributing 5.
With the victory, West Branch has now won two straight, improving to 4-9 overall and 3-5 in the EBC. The Warriors will host Newton Falls on Monday at 5:30 PM.
