The 7th boys basketball team outscored Marlington 34-5 in the first half on its way to a 44-15 win over the Dukes in a first round EBC Tournament game on Wednesday night at Minerva Middle School.  With the win the Warriors improve to 8-6 on the season.

The Warriors received a well rounded effort from the team as ten different players scored.  Cameron Dickens and Rylan Knipp led the way each scoring eight points.  Tyler Brink had six points and Brock Morris chipped in five for the Warriors.  Griffin Deckerd and Logan Braden each had four points while Blake Weisel and Elijah Kash contributed three points each.  Owen Riddle finished the night with a bucket and Wesley Daley rounded out the scoring with a point for West Branch.

Next up:  The Warriors will take on Minerva in the semifinals of the EBC Tournament on Thursday at 6:15 PM at Minerva Middle School.  The winner will advance to the EBC Championship game on Saturday at West Branch High School at 9 AM.
