Last Night, The 8th grade girls basketball team secured a hard-fought 21–15 victory over Boardman in a closely contested game. It was a defensive battle early on, with the Warriors holding a 6–3 lead at halftime.
In the second half, the Warriors' offense found its rhythm, sinking key baskets to extend the lead and seal the win.
Tenley Stitle led all scorers with eight points. It was a total team effort on defense for all four quarters, anchored by
Sadie Weaver and Ally Lentz.
With the win, the Warriors improve to 7–0 on the season and will be back in action tonight at Marlington at 6:30 p.m.
