West Branch fell behind 5-0 after two innings and wasn't able to make a full comeback falling to Carrollton 6-2 on Thursday afternoon in Carrollton.  The Warriors are 5-10 and 1-7 in the EBC.

West Branch outhit Carrollton 7-6, but timely hits by Carrollton proved to be the difference.  Both Jeremiah Thomas and Drake Stryffler continued to their hot hitting with two hits apiece.  Thomas scored both the Warrior runs while Stryffeler had an RBI to up his team leading count to 16 on the season.  

Thomas started and allowed four runs on three hits in one + inning of work. Evan Springer pitched the final five innings giving up two runs on just three hits with two strikeouts for West Branch.

The Warriors will return home on Friday to take on Niles at 5 PM.
