The girls wrestling teams finished the regular season with a good showing at the Carrollton Invitational.  Both the high school and middle school girls competed at the event.

The high school team finished in 8th place with out of 25 team with 76.5 points.  Austintown Fitch was the winner of the tournament with 147 points.

Grace Bates led the Warriors today with a 2nd place finish.  Abigail Janosik and Layla Shinn also finished on the podium for West Branch.  Janosik finished in third place while Shinn finished in fourth.

The girls next match will be the OHSAA Sectional at Austintown Fitch on Sunday, March 1st.

The Middle School girls wrestling team traveled to Carrollton for the Spearhead Invitational on Saturday. Placing for the Warriors were Cora Hahlen in second and Mckenzie Hang in third.Also winning multiple matches for the team were Natalie Laughery, Aurora Ferguson and Violet Benner. This event concludes the middle school wrestling season.
