The West Branch freshman team hosted Heartland Christian on Thursday night in their final game of the season and walked away with a big 48–40 win over the Lions behind strong performances from Logan Hawk and Judah Kutz. Hawk led the Warriors with 16 points while Kutz followed closely with 14. Kolin Kaley added nine points and Dane Martucci finished with seven.

West Branch closed the second half of the season strong, going 7–3 after a 2–8 start. The Warriors finish the year 9–11 overall and 8–4 in the EBC. The 12 players continued to improve throughout the season and played with class from start to finish.
