The JV boys basketball team fell to 0-3 on the season after dropping a 54-33 decision to Minerva Friday night.
The Warriors held a slim 13-12 lead after one quarter and the two teams were tied at the half, but a big third quarter by Minerva helped the Lions pull away.
West Branch was led by Joey Troyer with ten points including a perfecting 6-6 from the free throw line. Luke Curry added six points and Brock Woost had five.
Next up for the Warriors will be a home game against Marlington on Friday, December 12th. Tip off is 5:30 PM.
