The JV basketball team continued its winning ways picking up its sixth straight victory 39-36 at Alliance on Saturday night.  The Warriors are now 11-9 on the season and finish the EBC schedule at 6-4.

Neither team could gain much of an advantage in a back and forth affair.  The Warriors trailed 19-17 at half but took a slim 27-26 lead into the fourth quarter outscoring the Aviators 12-10 down the stretch for the victory.

Michael McCartney led the Warriors on the scoreboard with 10 points all of them coming in the second half.  Brock Woost added nine first half points for West Branch while Mason Cosma had six.  Joey Troyer contributed five points while Grady Olinger and Luke Curry each had four.

Next up:  The Warriors return home to take on Austintown Fitch Wednesday at 5:30 PM.
