Kenston, OH -- The West branch boys wrestling team turned in an impressive two-day performance at the Kenston Invitational on Monday and Tuesday, finishing 4th out of 34 teams in a highly competitive field.

The Warriors placed multiple wrestlers on the podium, highlighted by a championship effort from Beau Nezbeth, who claimed the title at 150 pounds. Nezbeth also reached a major milestone during the tournament, earning the 100th victory of his career.

West Branch Placers:

• 106 lbs: Jackson McDonald — 3rd Place

• 113 lbs: Carter Day — 4th Place

• 150 lbs: Beau Nezbeth — 1st Place Champion

• 175 lbs: Justin Marra — 5th Place

• 190 lbs: Jackson Shinn — 4th Place

• 215 lbs: Gavin Hang — 2nd Place

• 285 lbs: Grady Rockwell — 8th Place
