The JV boys basketball team fell to Akron Garfield 47-43 Friday evening in both squads season opener.  THe Warriors and Rams were tied at the half at 21 but the Rams took a five point lead into the fourth quarter and were able to hold on for the victory.

Leading the Warriors was Brock Woost with nine points.  Joey Troyer and Kolin Kaley each added eight points while Austin Hawk and Michael McCartney had five points.

The Warriors will head back home for a match up against Louisville on Tuesday, December 2nd.  Tip off is 5:30 PM.
