The 8th grade Warriors came up short 36-32 in a close matchup against Minerva Wednesday night.  The Warriors were able to jump up to a 24-8 lead in the first half.  Logan Hawk had a rushing touchdown and also was able to connect with Gavin Marshall for six.   Marshall pulled in two receiving touchdowns on the day.  Brady Colian also connected on a pass to Cameron Mason for 6 points at the end of the 2nd quarter.    After a back and forth 2nd half, and with under a minute remaining in the game,  some costly penalties and missed opportunities were too much for the team to overcome.   The Warriors look to get back on track next week when they travel to Marlington.
