In its next to last tournament of the regular season, the girls golf team placed third at the Tri-County Tournament out of 15 teams held at Pleasant View Golf Course in Louisville on Tuesday.  The Lady Warriors finished with a team score of 397 just two strokes behind second place Alliance.

Leading the Warriors was Zoe Metzger who carded a 93 in 18 holes which was good for 7th place overall.  Also, scoring for the Warriors was Emma McLaughlin with a 99 (14th overall), Isabella Linger with a 101 (18th overall) and Katelyn Schank who finished with a 104 (23rd overall).  

With her scores from the two tournaments Emma McLaughlin earned first team Tri-County honors while both Zoe Metzger and Isabella Linger earned second team honors.

In addition, to the tournament the Warriors also faced off with Alliance in a league match on the front nine with the Warriors prevailing 185-188.  The Warrior finish the dual regular season with a 12-3 record and 6-2 league record.

Next up:  The Warriors will return to Pleasant View on Wednesday for the EBC tournament.  The girls tee off starting at 9:30 AM.
