The 2026 Track & Field season is here as the Warriors girls' and boys' track teams prepare for a full spring of competition. The team is led by five seniors: Sophia Dorris, Faith Hicks, Mollie McDorman, Tallie Muniz, Indonika Woods, Abigail Benner, and Mia Petkovic.
The girls track team looks to build on last season's success and returns several key athletes, including senior Alli Kanagy, an EBC Second Team selection in the 100 meter hurdles and 300 meter hurdles, and a regional qualifier last season, as she looks to build on her success. Senior Sophia Dorris, an EBC Honorable Mention selection last season, will also be a key contributor. Senior Indonika Woods leads the shot put group and looks to have a strong season. Hailie Singer returns after qualifying for regionals in the 400 meter dash last season. Other key athletes include Kendelle Hoopes, Brianna Clark, and Makenna Woost.
The boys track team is led by a strong senior group, including Zach Coffee, Gavin Clay, Jude Corallo, Noah Dean, Austin Davison, Marshall Klemann, Mason Runk, and Kasen Weaver.
Gavin Clay, an EBC Second Team selection in the discus last season, looks to continue his success in the throwing events. Jax Rockwell, an EBC Honorable Mention selection last season, is a key contributor in the high jump. Aiden Handy, also an EBC Honorable Mention selection last season, will be another important scorer for the Warriors.
Other key contributors for the Warriors include Zach Coffee, Colton Cantwell, Trevor Greenfield, Kyle Ormiston, and Tyler Sprowl, along with several additional athletes expected to make an impact throughout the season.
