The Warrior varsity basketball team moved to 11-6 on the season with a convincing 65-29 victory over Salem at the West Branch Fieldhouse on Friday night.  The Warriors also improve to 8-1 in the EBC setting up a showdown for the EBC title Saturday, February 14th at Alliance.  The Aviators defeated Marlington tonight to move to 8-1 in the league setting up the league title matchup next week.

West Branch's 65 points were a season high as the Warriors forced a running clock in the third quarter.

Three Warriors scored in double digits led by Gavin Gregory with 13 first half points.  Jeremiah Thomas finished his night with 11 points and Grady Hirst and 10.  Kasen Weaver added seven and Brock Woost had six as 10 different Warriors got on the score sheet.

Next up:  West Branch will travel to Dalton on Tuesday.  Tip is scheduled following the 5:30 JV game.
