One game after scoring a season high 65 points, the varsity boys basketball team out did themselves once again scoring a season high 78 in a 78-47 win at Dalton on Tuesday night. The win ups the Warriors record to 12-6 on the season. West Branch has won four straight and nine of its last 10.
The Warriors received contributions from a number of players as nine reached the score sheet.
Jeremiah Thomas led the way with a game high 17 including three from downtown.
Kasen Weaver found his stroke again knocking down two three's on his way to a 14 point night.
Zach Coffee, who has been a defensive stalwart all year, scored a season high 11 points for the winners including one from beyond the arc.
Grady Hirst and
Chase Gee each knocked down eight points and
Gavin Gregory and
Landon Coffee each finished the night with seven points.
Luke Curry hit a three in the fourth quarter and
Brock Woost added a bucket to round out the scoring.
Next up: West Branch will travel to Girard on Friday night for a non-conference matchup against the Indians.
