Today, the No. 6-seeded West Branch Lady Warriors softball team hosts No. 22-seeded Ravenna in a District Semifinal matchup at Sis Woods Field in Beloit.

The Lady Warriors enter the contest with an 18-7 record, coming off a dominant 17-0 victory over Garfield Heights Trinity in the first round. Ravenna, now 11-12 on the season, advanced with an impressive 8-0 win over Mentor Lake Catholic.

What's at Stake:
The winner of tonight's game will advance to the Division IV Northeast 4 District Final on Thursday, May 22, where they will face either No. 4-seeded Field or No. 21-seeded Cleveland Heights Beaumont. The district championship game will be held at Massillon Washington High School and is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m.
