Tonight, the West Branch boys basketball team (11-11) will face off against Mentor Lake Catholic (12-9) in an OHSAA Sectional Championship at Lake Catholic High School. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 PM.

West Branch enters this game on the back of a solid 54-34 win over Girard to close their regular season. Lake Catholic finished their regular season with an 86-42 loss to Padua Franciscan.

Neither team has played each other this season, nor do they have a common opponent.

The winner of tonight's game will advance to the Division 4 Northeast 2 District Semifinals on February 25th. The game will be held at 4th-seeded West Geauga High School unless 33-seed Holy Name upsets in their game. In that case, the winner of tonight's game would host the district semifinal at 7:00 PM.
