The first ever West Branch girls wrestling team comprised of Brooklyn Stoufer, Trista Swanson, Natalie Kicienlinski, Abigail Benner, Cailyn Brink, Grace Bates, Jocelyn Brink, Kaitlyn Kicielinksi, and Marissa Mountz made West Branch history today by being the first ever girls wrestling team to compete at a tournament as a team.

The girls wrestled well today at the Hickory Invitational in Pennsylvania placing 8th as a team.  Jocelyn Brink led the Lady Warrior wrestlers by bringing home a championship.  Grace Bates and Brooklyn Stoufer both placed fourth.

The girls will be back in action this week on Friday at the Friday Night Lights Invitational hosted by United Local at the University of Mount Union.
