The Lady Warrior soccer team traveled across state lines on Saturday and earned a hard fought 1-0 victory over Avonworth in Pittsburgh, PA to improve to 8-0 on the season.

Alinee Bacconi came through with the game-winning goal, while Audrey Eaton came up big in goal with 10 saves to preserve the shutout.

The team returns home for an EBC matchup with Marlington on Wednesday.  The game will be played inside Clinton Heacock Stadium with the JV's playing 1/2 at 6 PM followed by the varsity.
