Sammi Beatty has been a multi-sport athlete during her time at West Branch High School, competing in soccer, basketball, and girls flag football during the program's inaugural season. As the Warriors' quarterback, Beatty helped lead West Branch to an 11–1 season before falling to Midview in a closely contested regional tournament game.
Now, Beatty will make the move from WB to BW, continuing her athletic and academic career at Baldwin Wallace University alongside teammate Allie Brammer.
Yesterday, Beatty was joined by family, friends, flag football coach Rick Mulinix, soccer coach Zach Dean, and basketball coaches Walt DeShields and Bob Shepherd to celebrate her commitment. Congratulations to Sammi as she takes the next step in her athletic and academic journey at Baldwin Wallace University.
