The Warrior tennis team moved to 2-0 on the season with a 5-0 victory over Alliance to open EBC play on Tuesday.  Despite the sweep the match was very competitive.

Austin Hawk, Jeremy Augustein, and Connor Loper each won singles matches in two long sets.  The 1st doubles team of Damon Edwards and Blake Robbins was down 1-4 in set 1 before battling back to win 7-6, 6-3.  2nd Doubles Cameron McCartney and Mason Cosma dropped the first set and then responded winning the next two for the victory.

In JV play Eli Tice and Everett Zippay won a doubles match by a score of 6-4.

The Warriors will take on Boardman on Wednesday at home.  The match is scheduled to start at 4 PM.
