Beloit, OH -- West Branch senior Gavin Gregory has signed to continue his academic and football career at the University of Cincinnati.

Gregory, who previously signed with the University of Toledo, reopened his recruitment following a coaching change within the Rockets program. After former Toledo head coach and West Branch alumnus Jason Candle departed the program, Gregory chose to explore other opportunities before ultimately selecting Cincinnati.

The 6-foot-7 tight end found a strong fit with the Bearcats under head coach Scott Satterfield and tight ends coach Josh Stepp, who made Gregory a priority throughout the recruiting process. After building relationships with the Cincinnati staff and evaluating his future at the next level, Gregory made the decision to join the Bearcats program. 

Gavin was joined by his dad, Levi; his mom, Andrea; his sister, Sophia; his brother, Josh; and his sister, Lexi, along with many other friends, relatives, and coaches to celebrate this special day.
