The Middle School wrestling team faced Carrollton at home on Thursday night and emerged victorious, with a close 45-39 match. Winning pins for the Warriors were Jackson Raga, John Bates, Jackson Adelmen, Madden Muhleman, Christopher Smith and Linden Fannin. Winning by decision for the Warriors were Braesyn Hagg, Cael Miller and Michael Davis, who clinched the match at 205 with a tough 5-1 victory. Violet Benner and McKenzie Hang won pins in girls wrestling action.

With the win, the team improves to 8-2 on the year and 3-1 in the EBC. The next event is this weekend at Marlington, as the team looks to defend their EBC title. Wrestling begins at 9:30 AM.
