The West Branch volleyball team defeated Carrollton in four sets on the road Tuesday night 26-24, 25-11, 14-25, and 25-23. With the win the Warirors improve to 11-6 overall and 7-2 in the EBC.
Audrey Ring had a breakout night for the Warriors. The Junior put up 11 points, 10 kills, an assist, 10 blocks, and 11 digs.
Chloey Sanor and
Kendelle Hoopes each had 10 kills for the Warriors. Sanor had 7 points, 2 aces, 3 assists, a block, and 20 digs. Junior Hoopes had 11 points, 2 aces, an assist, 5 blocks, and 7 digs.
Aislyn Ring had 12 points, an ace, 18 assists, and 9 digs.
Madilyn Hoopes had 5 kills, 8 blocks, and 3 digs.
Abigail Janosik had 5 points, 11 kills, 6 blocks, and 6 digs.
Cailyn Fritz had 3 kills, 5 blocks, and 2 digs.
Neely Gruver had 5 points and 9 digs.
Sydney Lane had 3 digs and an assist.
The JV team improved to 12-5, 6-3 with a three set victory on Tuesday. The JV's won 25-21, lost 15-25, and won the final set 25-17.
Next up: The Warriors will return home on Thursday for its final EBC match of the season against Salem. The team will also honor its seniors following the Junior Varsity game.
