Clemens Last Second Goal Lifts WB Over Beaver Local

Beloit, OH -- Yesterday's game between West Branch and Beaver Local ended in dramatic fashion. With the score tied 0-0 and just two seconds left, senior Gavin Clemens was awarded a penalty kick. He converted, giving the Warriors a 1-0 victory. The West Branch defense was steady throughout, as goalkeeper Lance Myers needed only two saves to secure the shutout.

In JV action, West Branch defeated Beaver Local 5-0. Freshmen Kolin Kaley and Ayden O'Hara each scored twice, while Michael McCartney added a goal. Sophomore Leonel Gonzales assisted on four of the goals, and goalkeeper Colt Williamson recorded the shutout.

What's Next: West Branch will take on carrollton this Tuesday at home senior night at 6:30 PM.
