Earlier today, the West Branch Lady Warriors traveled to Alliance for another EBC matchup and left no doubt, rolling to a dominant 76-14 victory over the Aviators.
West Branch wasted no time setting the tone, jumping out to a 35-4 first-quarter lead behind relentless defense and quick offensive execution. The momentum continued into halftime, where the Lady Warriors held a commanding 58-8 advantage.
With the game well in hand, West Branch was able to get numerous players valuable minutes in the second half while maintaining control on both ends of the floor, closing out the convincing win.
Offensively, the Lady Warriors were led by Audrey Eaton, who scored a team-high 18 points, followed by Madi Hoopes with 13 points. Hoopes has now reached double figures in every game this season.
Additional scoring came from Iris Nezbeth with 9 points, Tallie Muniz with 8 points, Alli Kanagy with 7 points, Hallie Vie Burton with 6 points, and Sammi Beatty with 4 points.
Defensively, West Branch was just as impressive, forcing multiple turnovers throughout the game that led to easy scoring opportunities. The Lady Warriors also knocked down timely shots, showcasing a balanced and complete team performance.
