Salem, OH -- Leonel Gonzalez had quite the performance yesterday scoring 2 goals to help push West Branch past their rivals by a score of 3-0. The Warriors now improve to 10-3 and closed out EBC play with a 4-1 conference record.
Senior
Gavin Clemens added a goal to help contribute to the winning effort. Clemens now has 15 total goals scored this season, bringing the all-time leading scorer's total to 58 career goals scored.
Mason Thomas recorded another assist, extending his streak to three straight games, while senior
Kasen Weaver also added an assist.
Lance Myers finished with 5 saves to help preserve the shutout over Salem.
What's Next: The Boys Soccer team will close out the week tomorrow at Ursuline at 7:30 p.m. The Irish currently sit with a record of 2-10-1 and the match will be played at Farmer's National Bank Soccer Field on the campus of YSU.

The Warrior JV soccer team also rolled over Salem 3-0. Freshman
Michael McCartney continues to be dominant, netting all 3 goals for West Branch. They will play a half game at Ursuline starting at 6:30 p.m.
