The West Branch Boys golf team aimed for a seventh consecutive victory against South Range today. With the match tied at 175-175, West Branch clinched the win with their 5th score.
Lane Allison led the Warriors with a (39), followed by Kaleb Votaw with a crucial (41). Mason Runk shot a (47), and Dom Brenner contributed a (48). Jase Libb's score of (48), despite not being his best, proved decisive in breaking the tie for West Branch.
JV: In the JV match, the team fell short with a score of 204-200. Bennett Biggs and Gavin Clay were the standout performers, each shooting a 50.
What's Next:Â With the win, the West Branch Boys golf team improves to 8-1 on the season. They will be back in action tomorrow at Salem.
