The boys soccer team traveled to Carrollton on Tuesday night and took care of the Carroll County Warriors 8-1. With the win, West Branch improves to 8-2-2 overall and 2-1-1 in the EBC.
The team was led by
Gavin Clemens who finished with three goals for the hat trick. Clemens has now tied the school record for career goals with 41. Also scoring goals for West Branch were
Xander Culbertson,
Kasen Weaver,
Cruz Leone,
Ezra Bickle, and Leonel Gonzales.
Reed Martucci picked up a pair of assists while
Noah Dean, Culbertson, Clemens, Leonel, and Gonzales also had assists.
Devon West had five saves in goal.
The Warriors are off until next Tuesday, October 1st when they will host the Salem Quakers in the teams final EBC match of the year. The game is set to start at 6 PM.
