The West Branch Volleyball team traveled to Howland for a tri-match, facing off against both Howland and Jefferson. The Warriors secured a victory over Howland but came up short in a tightly contested match against Jefferson.

WB bounced back from a tough first set against Howland with a strong finish. Ragan Greeneisen's 4 aces and 32 serve receptions were pivotal, while Kendyll Kaley dominated with 10 kills and 7 blocks. Sara Schmidt added crucial defense with 10 digs, leading WB to a comeback victory in sets 2 and 3.
WB vs Jefferson
- Set 1: WB 22 - Jefferson 25
- Set 2: WB 28 - Jefferson 30
In a dramatic match against Jefferson, WB fought hard but narrowly lost both sets. Kendelle Hoopes delivered 7 points from serves and Audrey Ring had 6 kills, but WB couldn't overcome Jefferson's edge. Josie Milliken contributed with 9 assists and 10 digs, yet the team fell short in closely contested sets.
What's Next:Â The Warriors will return home on Tuesday to face EBC opponent Minerva. JV starts at 5 PM, followed by Varsity at 6 PM.
