The West Branch boys golf team emerged victorious in a thrilling match against Marlington at Tannenhauf Golf Club in Alliance, securing a narrow win with a score of 167 to Marlington's 169.
Kaleb Votaw led the charge with a  round of (39), demonstrating precision and consistency. Dominic Brenner contributed with a score of (40), showcasing his strong performance under pressure.
Jase Libb rounded out the team's core scoring with a (42), while Mason Runk added a (46), helping to secure the team's slim margin of victory. Other scores included Lane Allison's (48) and Walker Poorbaugh's (50).
JV: The JV squad made their mark with the top two performers being Gavin Clay, who shot a 46, and Bennett Biggs, who carded a 50.
What's Next: The boys will be back in action at home on Monday vs Minerva. Tee-off is at 3:30 PM.
