West Branch’s Rob Lozier was named the 2017 Mahoning County Male Track Athlete of the Year.  Rob finished 4th in this year’s OHSAA State Track Meet in the 300 Hurdles after finishing 5th in the same event in 2016.  Congratulations Rob!!
